The Adoption Leadership Board and the Adoption Support Fund Expert Group would welcome the help of adopted young people in gathering the views of adopted teenagers about how support might be useful to them.
This short questionnaire has been designed by adopted young people in Yorkshire & Humberside and we would like as many adopted teenagers as possible to complete it and return it as an email attachment to peter.alb@pac.org.uk by Thursday 5 June 2014.
