On 5 February 2014 PAC will begin offering monthly telephone advice sessions with PAC’s Education Adviser Emma Gore-Langton. Emma is an Educational Psychologist who specialises in adoption issues.

Emma will be available on the dates and times below to answer your questions related to your child’s education and any other issues relating to the adopted or permanently placed child in school. We also welcome calls from teachers, other education professionals and anyone with a stake in the education of adopted/permanently placed children.

Emma Gore Langton is an HCPC-registered Educational Psychologist with experience of providing support in a range of educational settings. She also works for a Local Authority delivering consultations, assessments, interventions and training for children and young people, parents, school staff and professionals. She has a Professional Doctorate in Educational & Child Psychology from UCL and an MSc in Social, Genetic & Developmental Psychiatry from the Institute of Psychiatry, King’s College London. She is currently working on the NLAFC/PAC Education Project with Ruth Pimenta.
