Following on from the most recent Government guidance, as of today (19 March 2020) we will now be delivering our services digitally, by phone or video link, rather than in our office bases in Leeds, Liverpool and London until further notice.

We are taking this step to protect our service users and our staff and ensure we are all able to follow current, necessary guidelines and expectations.

Though we are not able to offer face to face appointments at our offices, or at any of our other external service delivery bases throughout England (including home visits), we are still contactable as normal, via email and phone.

Please also note that we are still accepting referrals via our advice line, as normal, as we believe as an organisation, it is needed now more than ever for individuals and families to have access to specialist professional support and guidance during this difficult time.

If you have an appointment with one of our therapists or counsellors scheduled, a member of our team will be in touch soon to offer a phone or secure video call instead, or postpone the appointment dependent on your preference.

We want to take this opportunity to thank our service users, commissioners and our staff for your continued understanding and support.
