On Sunday 15th November, a team made up of staff, supporters and service users braced themselves for the wind and tackled the Regents Park 10K, followed by bacon & cheese bagels and coffee!
Leading the field for PAC-UK was Juho Lahdenpera, who finished the course in 19th place out of 312, with a time of 40:53.
Adoptive parent and PAC-UK supporter, William Vineall, came in next with a time of 53:45, shortly followed by Tanya Killick, who traveled down from Leeds (with shinsplints!) finishing in a very respectable time of 55:02.
Although disappointed with his failure to beat his wife Julie - who finished in 01:03:33 - PAC-UK’s CEO completed the run in 01:08:19, despite not running for nearly 6 months!
PAC-UK’s Head of Fundraising, Kate Newton, speed-walked the course, which left her bringing up the rear with a time of 01:27:24!
